- Key duties & Responsibilities
HR STRATEGIC PLANNING
∙ Work closely with senior management heads, ensuring the optimal organizational structures to meet Business Objectives.
∙ Consult senior management heads & B.O.D of internal HR affairs. Make recommendations and devise human resources management and industrial relations policy.
∙ Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR programs to optimize the performance of Change Management &
Communications Campaigns.
∙ Foster employee’s positive attitude & adaptibility towards new HR management policies and procedures. Prevent negative misunderstandings & disputes.
∙ Manage salary surveys and conduct competitive market analysis to design the Total Rewards Structure for annual Performance Appraisal, Promotion and Salary review.
∙ Provide recommendations to senior managers and direct negotiations with Labor Unions to determine agreements and minimize the possibility of industrial disputes or to settle any disputes that may happen.
TALENT ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT
∙ Manage the overal Talent Pipeline & Pooling for Recruitment purpose. Monitor the processes, procedures, and administration of Recruitment to ensure the business targets.
∙ Manage the relationship with stakeholders to ensure the operation & service of all entities are constantly aligned with Headquarter business orientation.
∙ Advise and design the C&B policies, internal material and non-material benefits to enhance organization’s
competitiveness in domestic labor market.
∙ Learning & Development: Supervise the internal L&D programs of Talent Development Team, ensuring the organizational targets are met.
∙ Design the internal Competency Framework that aligned with Organization’s Values and Industry specification to serve the development purposes.
∙ Ensure the update records of all training participation & results be well-delivered in Company’s Personnel database files.
EMPLOYER BRANDING
∙ Propose and implement internal programs and activities of the company to build Company culture and improve employee’s satisfaction.
∙ Control the information publications on internal & external communication channels.
∙ In charge of building Healthy & Green Workplace Environment.
∙ Creating Employer Branding contents & activities to promote Brand Awareness.
ADMINISTRATION AFFAIRS
∙ Monitor the Administration affairs running by the Admin Team. Ensure the Daily Operation run smoothly and the Workplace Hygiene always meet the quality standards.
∙ Control internal expenses & propose budgets for the office’s activities economically and reasonably, including expenses for facility and budgets for internal events.
∙ Propose ideas to continuously improve Working Environment & Atmosphere. Promote Smart & Hybrid Office model that integrates the technologies, services, tools.
∙ Manage internal and external relations with state management agencies, economic organizations and other individuals related to the Company.
OTHERS
∙ Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by Chief Executive Officer or CEO’s Attorney-in-fact.
