On 27 September 2022, the Quan Dat company got the Letter of Award for Etown 6 Office Building from the Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE Corp). In the years of 2000, 2002 and 2006, Quan Dat was awarded by REE Corp to be the aluminium facade contractor for REE’s office buildings: Etown 1, Etown 2 and in 2019 for Etown 5 Office Building. Quan Dat always meet the quality, progress and safety as committed in the contracts.
Etown 6 Office Building is located at 364 Cong Hoa street, Tan Binh District, and is the largest and most modern office building of the Etown Office buildings of REE Corp, with a size of 6 basement floors and 16 above-ground floors, designed to LEED Platinum standard – the highest green building standard of the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
